LocaMed Ltd. commits to delivering orders as quickly as possible. Standard delivery service is next working day; alternative delivery options are available on request and will be charged for accordingly. The majority of our UK orders arrive next day, international transit times may vary.

LocaMed Ltd maintains a quality system to meet the standard requirements of ISO and the Medical Devices Directive. The quality management systems are routinely audited and LocaMed Ltd currently holds certificates for the required standards.
LocaMed Ltd are accredited to ISO13485:2016 and EN ISO13485:2016, the recognized quality standard relating to medical devices, and also the Medical Devices Directive 93/42/EEC Certification covering requirements for the placement of CE registered product onto the market.
The distribution hub is located in Farnham, Surrey which has excellent links to airports and seaports to ensure efficient shipping.
LocaMed Ltd has the benefit of an on-site warehouse facility. The picking and packing operation is flexible and extremely accurate. The ability to have 24 hours access ensures we offer a consistent first class service to our customers.
Both customer services and production planning monitor individual product usage demand against presented volume forecasts and increase finished goods inventories where required to ensure that any fluctuations in demand are met speedily.
