  • Are you on the NHS framework?

    Yes, we are on the Minimially Invasive Contract for some of our items, but not all. Please send an enquiry if you would like more detailed information.

  • What other frameworks are you on?

    We are on the NHS Supply Chain framework as well as the All-Wales framework.

  • How long must I wait for my order?

    Normal delivery is 48 hours, though other delivery options are available upon request. Please visit our 'Customer Service' section on our 'About Us' page.

  • Who is my dedicated representative?

    Please email info@locamed.com and provide us with your details and we will get the relevant rep to contact you by the end of the day.

  • Up until what time can I place orders?

    2pm is the latest time whereby your order will be processed and sent out on the same day. Any orders after this will only be processed the next day, resulting in a delay in delivery. 

  • Do you deliver on a Saturday

    Unfortunately we cannot make any weekend deliveries.
